Refund Policy

This policy outlines the current return and refund posture for CORTEX launch orders.

Return window

Unopened product may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Opened consumable goods are generally not eligible for refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@cortexfocus.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order details plus clear photos when possible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method after the return or claim has been reviewed. Banking timelines may vary by payment provider.
